SOURDOUGH BREAD
Here at Flinders Sourdough, we bake our bread using a natural slow fermentation process and 100% organic Australia flour. The result is a full flavoured nutritious sourdough loaf packed with nutrients & low in gluten.
Everything is baked in the original Flinders’ Wood-fired Scotch Oven using traditional hand shaping and cutting techniques that have been used for hundreds of years.
