
At Flinders Sourdough, we ferment our dough naturally, without commercial yeast resulting in a full flavoured nutritious loaf that is low in gluten and uses 100% organic Australian flour.
Everything is baked in the original Flinders’ Wood-fired Scotch Oven using traditional hand shaping and cutting techniques.

Did you know that bread actually goes stale faster in the refrigerator than it does at room temperature. We recommend using a bees wax bag or storing in our paper bags.
